Do you accept PayPal or personal checks?

Yes we accept both.  We will mail out your order once payment has been received and cleared.

How quickly can I expect my order?

We will generally ship within 48 hours of receiving an order if we have your item in stock.  If we are out of an item, we will let you know right away so that you can decide whether you want to accept a backorder.

What if I have a question about my order?

You can email us or call with any questions.  We will be happy to assist you.

How do you ship an order?

You will be given a choice at checkout.

How do I submit a photo of my completed sock monkey made from a Monkey Moments Sock Monkey Kit?

Submit a photo of your finished monkey in a jpeg format along with it’s name (if he/she has one).  Please include your first name, city and state.  Or, you may mail your photo and information to Monkey Moments, 261 Rea Road, Saltsburg, PA  15681 and we will make sure to include it in our website.

Are there opportunities for card reps?
